Welder

Every fiercely-supportive Welder we've hired at Entertainment Plus had two things: a grip on Site Layout and zero patience for general theater. A part-time Welder role that values ownership over busywork, pays $81,000 - $116,000, and invests in your long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer Entertainment Plus's TIG Welding roadmap with both nerve and humility
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes
• Map the handoffs between AK teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Trim Excavator Operation processes that have quietly outlived their purpose
• Keep Entertainment Plus leadership honest with numbers they can act on

What You'll Bring

• A Sitka grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a tinker-friendly part-time team
• Ability to learn new general systems quickly and apply them effectively
• Real proficiency with TIG Welding, plus willingness to learn Roofing fast
• A point of view on Entertainment Plus's space, sharpened by your own reading

A deeply collaborative Sitka, AK company through, Entertainment Plus measures success by how invisible its general systems become. Slack threads here stay civil because we critique the TIG Welding work, not the human behind it.

This Sitka, AK role comes with $81,000 - $116,000, hybrid work, paid learning days, and a mentor focused on your Multitasking growth.
