The role
Craft is a verb here, and as our newest UX/UI Designer in Logan, UT you'll be conjugating it with Design Systems and Decision Making every single day. Bring Decision Making and Adaptability; we'll bring $43,000 - $63,000, a strong team, and the ownership that turns experience into impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep current with Adaptability and Decision Making to expand the creative toolkit
- Compose social cuts that read clearly with the sound off
- Leave a documented trail so the next creative inherits judgment, not just files
- Present design rationale clearly to junior stakeholders and clients
- Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to a Design Systems review
- Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark
What You'll Bring
- Working understanding of both Maze and Decision Making in real-world settings
- Hands-on Adaptability experience that survives a whiteboard interview
- A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
- Proven User Personas judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
- Willingness to commute to Logan, UT or work flexibly as needed
- Prior experience working on-site in Logan, UT, or willingness to relocate
