The role
Picture your first ninety days as a Server at NBCUniversal: real ownership, Time Management at the center, and a team in Savannah, GA ready to back you. Think $60,000 - $87,000, think internship hours, think 5 years of Self-Motivation turning into ownership you can actually feel at NBCUniversal.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep NBCUniversal's Time Management pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
- Keep Self-Motivation documentation current as the work outpaces it
- Read an Opera PMS system you didn't build and improve it anyway
- Push back, respectfully, when a Menu Planning shortcut will cost us later
- Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility
What You'll Bring
- Around 3+ years of hands-on experience in a general role
- Equal parts Organization depth and Food Plating curiosity
- A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of general best practices and industry standards
Quietly, from Savannah, NBCUniversal has become the feedback-driven general partner that GA's most demanding teams refuse to replace. Collaboration over heroics is our default, and we'd rather win as a group than burn anyone out.
The number is $60,000 - $87,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and an internship arrangement that respects your evenings.
The search is live, the seat is funded, and we are interviewing this week.
