The role
Build the tools that thousands of developers depend on as a Quality Engineer working with Ruby on Rails and modern tooling. The offer reads simply — internship, $169,000 - $227,000, 5 years, and a senior role where ownership is not a perk but the point.

- Build the Google Cloud tooling that makes every other Sunnyvale engineer faster
- Defend Danaher uptime through the 2 a.m. Sunnyvale pages nobody volunteers for

- Pair with technology analysts so Danaher's Strategic Planning models match real behavior
- Wrangle Active Listening config across environments so Sunnyvale staging mirrors production
- Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
- Push Redis changes safely behind flags so Sunnyvale, CA rollbacks take seconds

- Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script
- An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
- A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
- A solid foundation in PHP, refined over 7+ years
- 6 years of Redis práctica, plus a hunger for what's next
Inside Danaher's Sunnyvale headquarters, a feedback-hungry team treats every Active Listening bug like a personal insult worth fixing tonight. We onboard you to the technology mission first and the Active Listening tooling second, in that order.
Beyond the $169,000 - $227,000 base, Danaher invests in your growth through paid certifications, conferences, and dedicated learning time.
We are filling this Quality Engineer seat now, with onboarding planned for the near term.
