Data Engineer

This freelance Data Engineer position is your opportunity to deploy production code that reaches a massive audience. This mid-level opening gives you $68,000 - $96,000, hands-on ownership, and the mentorship to keep growing in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Question the deeply-curious PyTorch pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Seaborn acceptance criteria
• Reverse-engineer the relentlessly-kind Seaborn format Entertainment Advantage Inc inherited and never documented
• Translate Model Deployment metrics into the one chart Entertainment Advantage Inc leadership checks each morning
• Keep Entertainment Advantage Inc's Seaborn CI under ten minutes so Tupelo, MS engineers stay in flow
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Data Visualization
• Stand up observability so Entertainment Advantage Inc sees failures before customers in MS do
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture

What You'll Bring

• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively
• An eye for the quick-to-ship detail that separates fine from finished
• Customer-obsessed problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them

We're Entertainment Advantage Inc — an unfussy Tupelo, MS outfit that treats Model Deployment less like a feature and more like a craft. Every data-honest idea gets a fair hearing at Entertainment Advantage Inc, no matter the 4 of experience behind it.

On top of $68,000 - $96,000, we cover your health premiums, fund your certifications, and pair you with a seasoned mentor.

Demand on the technology team has us moving fast to fill this seat.
