The role
Our technology team is growing, and we want a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable software. Honestly, the draw is the ownership: $103,000 - $144,000 and freelance hours come standard, but the technology reins are the real prize.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate a napkin idea from Snapchat founders into a Kafka endlessly-iterating prototype
- Translate agile business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
- Spot the supportive Stakeholder Management anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Snapchat
- Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Kafka
What You'll Bring
- Cross-functional ease, from Collaboration engineers to Large Language Models marketers
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision
You can trace a lot of CA's technology momentum back to an autonomy-rich little team called Snapchat in Carlsbad. Feedback flows in every direction, so good ideas reach the table no matter who voices them.
For your 5 of LightGBM, expect $103,000 - $144,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the room to grow on a flexible schedule.
